Data Deletion Request

You have the right to have your data deleted. Submit the form below and our privacy team will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Note for guardians: Deleting your guardian account will also permanently delete all linked student profiles and their learning history. Once we complete the deletion (within 30 days of verifying your request), it cannot be undone.

We will verify your identity before completing the deletion. Expect a confirmation email within 1 business day.
